LuogoAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the luogoai.com website and the LuogoAI SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

Venue account data: When you create a LuogoAI account, we collect your name, email address, venue name, and billing information processed securely via Stripe.

Lead (inquiry) data: When your contact form receives an inquiry, LuogoAI processes the submitted information — typically a name, email address, phone number, event type, and message. This data is stored in our systems to enable agent responses, follow-up sequences, and your activity feed.

Agent configuration data: Your venue settings, tone configuration, pricing guidance, and availability information are stored to power agent responses.

Agent action logs: Every action taken by a LuogoAI agent — emails sent, follow-ups triggered, reviews requested — is logged and accessible in your activity feed.

Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data including page views, session duration, and feature usage to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the LuogoAI platform
• Enable AI agents to respond to inquiries on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service notifications and product updates
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data or your leads’ personal data to third parties.

Lead Data and TCPA Compliance

LuogoAI processes personal data submitted by your leads (prospective customers) on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your contact form includes appropriate consent language for automated communications, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations. LuogoAI provides a standard TCPA consent notice for inclusion on all embed forms.

Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Files including proposal PDFs and venue assets are stored in Supabase Storage. We implement row-level security, encryption at rest, and TLS encryption in transit.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LuogoAI:

• Anthropic — AI content generation. Lead data including names and messages are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for response generation.
• SendGrid — Email delivery and inbound email parsing.
• Twilio — SMS delivery for follow-up sequences.
• Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store card data.

Data Retention

Venue account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following account closure. Lead data is retained for 24 months unless you request deletion. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@luogoai.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you or your leads. Contact us at privacy@luogoai.com to exercise these rights.
